What to call this quilt – in the end it was easy. Jelly Trifle. Why, you ask? Well, we used a jelly roll which is an American term used to describe a type of fabric cut that is hugely popular and is a big part of this quilt. So then to give it an Australian feel, what better than an ever popular Australian dessert, the trifle. I thought the name suited the quilt perfectly!
