All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted before freight/handling and are inclusive of GST.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We cannot guarantee that our products will always be available on a continuous or uninterrupted basis. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the item you have ordered may be out of stock.  If this does occur, we will immediately contact you to offer any suitable alternatives or a full refund for the cost of the item and any applicable delivery charge if you do not wish to wait until the item is back in stock.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & AUTOMATIC DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes and automatic discounts are only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. Promotional codes are valid for customers of patchworkpear.com.au. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions or promotional codes. The Patchwork Pear reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the promotional offer has been claimed by a non-qualifying customer or member.

COMPLETE SURVEY FOR 15% OFF YOUR ORDER

This promotion is available for orders with $1 minimum spend and is eligible for all who complete the survey on this link. The promotion can not be combined with other discounts.The code is displayed on screen upon the completion of the survey.  This promotion excludes any Block of the Month ,Clearance categories and the purchase of Gift Cards.

PEAR POINTS LOYALTY PROGRAM

Pear Points can be redeemed in store and online. The purchase of sewing machines and service of sewing machines is not applicable to the Pear Points Loyalty Program. Schoolies are ineligible to earn Pear Points while enrolled in classes due to their 10% discount. Customers must create an account with The Patchwork Pear online in order to receive Pear Points. Online orders will calculate Pear Points automatically for users signed in. Purchases made in store will have the Pear Points manually added to their account within 24 hours and this will be reflected in their Pear Points account. Pear Points never expire but the $10 voucher must be redeemed within one month. Customers who redeem their points for a voucher will be emailed a code which they can enter at the checkout or present to the staff in store. Vouchers cannot be combined if there is already a promotion running online where the discount is calculated automatically at the checkout and customers cannot combine any other discount code with their $10 voucher code.

BOXING DAY 2025 // 25% OFF

This promotion ends 31/12/2025 11:59pm ACST.  The promotion can not be combined with other discounts including any Pear Points discounts.  The discount is automatically applied at the checkout to all products except the purchase of Gift Cards and anything from our Clearance categories.
